 Technical Sales Representative:  The successful candidates should have a minimum of three years of sales experience, preferably

 outside. Ideal sales experience would include an account base that includes Specifiers; Architects, Landscape Architects, Consulting

 Engineers, Interior and Lighting Designers.

 Candidates should have both excellent written and verbal skills and time and territory management skills. Additionally, PC and organization

 skills are strongly desired. We offer a complete compensation package commensurate with experience.

 

 

 Customer Service - Receptionist:  This position requires the individual to manage all reception duties and provide ongoing support to

 clients and staff as required.

 Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone and assist callers
  • Prepare detailed quotations/invoices for clients
  • Assist clients with various inquiries
  • Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies
  • Plan and prepare promotional materials for current and prospective clients
  • Respond to ad hoc requests from staff

 Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of reception experience
  • Some design (interior/architectural) education and/or experience
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills and telephone manner
  • Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • Experience with Simply Accounting a plus
  • Strong keyboarding skills
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Shift Time: 8:30am to 5:00pm
